Digital delivery
As soon as your payment goes through you get instant access to your files. The download button appears on the order confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Downloads are available right away, 24/7, from anywhere in the world.
Can't find the email?
Automated emails sometimes get filtered. Check your:
- Spam folder
- Junk folder
- Promotions or Updates tab (Gmail)
Search your inbox for the order number or the store name. The link in that email keeps working, so you can come back and download again later.
Currency
The store is based in Canada and prices are listed in Canadian dollars. US customers can check out in USD; everyone else is charged in CAD and your bank converts at its own rate. No extra fees are added by us.
